Jen’s Most Loved Props & Resources


Here is a list of props we often use in classes and lessons. Many can commonly be found in your home. Others can be purchased at minimal cost (links included below). There are also a few resources for personal study.

Home Props
Pole, walking stick, sturdy chair or wall to aid balance in standing postures
Pillow or blanket for under head in reclined postures
Scarf for reaching far away limbs (preferable to purchase a yoga strap or theraband)
Blankets or face clothes for padding knees/ankles in kneeling poses
Hand towel (bath preferred over kitchen)
Water
